Tom has been in the Massachusetts mortgage industry for over 8 years. He started his career in the industry as a Network Engineer for Option One and their previous parent company H&R Block Mortgage. Because of these beginnings he has seen and worked on various types of loans and credit profiles.
He grew up and lives locally and has worked as network engineer, loan officer & as a manager in the mortgage industry. Tom joins the Prospect Mortgage team as a former top producer from GMAC Mortgage. Tom is in this business because he believes he can make a difference in his client's lives and every day present that opportunity. He enjoys a challenge so he takes pride in his ability to write investment, FHA & first time homebuyer loans. However Tom got his start writing what he considers "family transactions” and loans for high net worth borrowers. Tom is active in his community. He is a Mason and volunteers at local food pantries and blood drives.
For over 7 years Tom has specialized in helping individuals and families find, qualify and own homes of their own often with little or no money down and sometimes with less than perfect credit.
